Baby Change Facilities

In addition to those offered by stores and cafés, further baby changing facilities are situated at the bottom of the escalators to the bus station entrance in Friary Walk.

Lost Property

If you've misplaced something at CrownGate Shopping Centre, then please contact our lost property office on 01905 610065. Some of our larger stores have their own lost property facilities so it's a good idea to contact some of the stores you have visited.

Parking

We offer safe and easy parking in our award winning multi-storey car park. There are 735 designated parking bays for CrownGate Shopping Centre guests with disabled parking located on Level One of our Car Park. Lifts are in operation between car park levels.
