Car Parking

Our award winning car park has 58 disabled parking bays, located on every level of our easily-accessible car park.

Shopmobility

We're proud to offer a Shopmobility service for visitors with mobility issues arising from disability, injury or illness. The service offers a range of scooters and wheel chairs for hire and can be found on level 6 of our car park. For more information, call Shopmobility direct on 01905 610523.

DIAL: Disability Information Advice Line

DIAL is a registered charity offering disabilty information and advice to people with disabilities, and their carers. The service is open to anyone living in the South Worcestershire district on a free and confidential basis. DIAL can provide advice on a wide range of topics from aids and equipment through to local support groups. Located in Friary Walk, call DIAL on 01905 27790 for details of opeing times.

Disability Answers

Also located in Friary Walk, Disability Answers is a one-stop-shop for those with a disability. As well as providing advice on a range of topics associated with physical disability, a part-time trained Occupational Therapist is on hand to provide advice on the selection of equipment and aids to best support personal need. The Occupational Therapist can provide assessments to see whether a person qualifies for assistance from Social Services. Call 01905 619219 for further information.
