D.I.A.L. - Disability Information Advice Line
D.I.A.L. is a registered charity offering disability information and advice to people with disabilities and carers. The service is open to anyone living in the South Worcestershire District on a free and confidential basis where you can find information on a wide range of topics from aids and equipment through to support groups.

Disability Answers
Disability Answers aims to be a one-stop-shop where all questions and services with regard to physical disability can be answered. In addition to the services provided, a part-time trained and qualified Occupational Therapist is on hand to advise people on the best equipment to suit their needs. Also by appointment the Occupational Therapist can provide assessments to see whether a person qualifies for assistance from Social Services.

Baby Change Facilities
In addition to those offered by stores and cafés are situated at the bottom of the escalators to the bus station entrance in Friary Walk.

Shopmobility
CrownGate Shopping Centre has a specialist service called Shopmobility Worcester, that has a wide variety of scooters and wheel chairs for daily hire. Shopmobility Worcester can be located on Level 6 of CrownGate Multi-storey car park or can be contacted on 01905 610523

Lost Property
If you've misplaced something at CrownGate Shopping Centre, then please contact our lost property office on 01905 610065. Some of our larger stores have their own lost property facilities so it's a good idea to contact some of the stores you have visited.

Parking
We offer safe and easy parking in our award winning multi-storey car park. There are 735 designated parking bays for CrownGate Shopping Centre guests with disabled parking located on Level One of our Car Park. Lifts are in operation between car park levels.
