Winter Forest Band
Head over to Chapel Walk where you will meet the Winter Forest Band playing your favourite Christmas songs.
Free Crowngate Gingerbread Trail
From 20th November
Can you find all of the Gingerbread Houses?
Find the 20 Gingerbread houses hidden in Crowngate’s shop windows.
Take your completed trail sheet back to The Pod in Friary Walk for a chance to win:
1st Prize: £70 Cadbury Chocolate hamper
2nd Prize: £50 Cadbury chocolate hamper
3rd Prize: £35 Cadbury chocolate hamper
3 runners up will win a Cadbury selection box worth £15 each
Winners will be drawn at random and notified on the 21st December.
Christmas light switch on & entertainment
Saturday 25th November, from 4pm to 7 pm
Wrap up warm and head to the city for the Christmas light switch-on in Cathedral Square at 6pm. Father Christmas will be back this year to join us for the switch on, joined by the Mayor and the full panto cast from Jack and the Beanstalk.
Visit Father Christmas!
We are really excited that Father Christmas will be here at Crowngate, giving you several opportunities to bring the kids to say hello and have a photo. You can meet Father Christmas for free at Toytown and in Chapel Walk next to the Winter Forest Band.

Late night shopping
Struggling to find the time for Christmas shopping? Don’t worry, various shops in Worcester, including Crowngate, will be staying open late every Thursday from 23rd November. Share your love for Worcester and support local this Christmas. You can also park for £2 after 5pm at the car park.
Please note: not all stores will be participating in late night shopping.
Christmas Jumper Day
We’re joining Save the Children UK’s #ChristmasJumperDay on Thursday 7th December.

Throughout the festive period there will be a variety of performances to enjoy in Chapel Walk (outside former Debenhams store) and on the stage next to Huntingdon Hall.
