HASH are extending their working week and are looking for a new Chef to work alongside the Head Chef and take responsibility running the pass and developing the two other kitchen team members.
Since opening in 2022, HASH have already built an enviable reputation for their breakfast / brunch offering and are now extending their opening hours to 7 days per week. Food will only be served on weekend nights, so this is an opportunity for a Chef to work within a phenomenally busy daytime trade, continue their desire to work on their more ‘restauranty’ supper club menu and, just as importantly, build a life outside of a commercial kitchen by restoring some life / work balance!
Five days in every week, food service will finish at 4 pm.
The ideal person will have previous exposure to taking an element of control in running a service and will be actively looking to progress and take on a level of responsibility.
