Worcester Paint Festival (WPF) returns on Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 September with more sensational murals popping up on city centre walls from some of the UK’s best loved street and graffiti artists.

WPF will be adorning brand new walls this year, meaning that all of the previous year’s favourites are still there for your enjoyment. With artists in the city during the weekend, there will be opportunities to see some of the artists painting live. Thousands of visitors came to the city in 2021 and 2022 for Worcester Paint Festival, which was met with a huge positive response from visitors and residents. WPF will be extending the trail of outdoor murals to brighten and delight which are accessible and diverse, as well as educate about the graffiti roots of this huge cultural scene.

You will be able to explore the vibrant trail of live art, created in front of your eyes during the weekend of 16 and 17 September, with some artists starting the larger walls from the week before.

Locations for 2023 include: Cripplegate Park, Farrier Street, Worcestershire Royal Hospital, Sidbury, Dent Close, Lansdowne Park, Foundry Street, Moor Street, St Clements Close and more.

You can pick up a map featuring all of this year’s murals, as well as 2021/22 locations, from Tourist Information at the Guildhall, Worcester City Museum & Art Gallery and from the festival HQ in Crowngate Shopping Centre during the weekend. Or you can download, or view it from our website. Please note, when visiting Worcestershire Royal to view the HazardOne mural, please be respectful that it is a hospital, so please park appropriately.
